Tour Payment

We (Follow Bhutan Tours & Treks) offer you two options for your Bhutan tour payment:

1. Transfer only 20% of the Bhutan Tour Cost together with the whole Drukair fare ( if flying to Bhutan by Drukair) soon after you have confirmed your Bhutan travel schedules and then transfer the rest of the amount together with your visa processing fee of US$ 20/person 3 weeks before your actual Bhutan travel date

2. Transfer your entire Bhutan tour cost together with your visa processing fee and Drukair fare ( if flying by Drukair to Bhutan) at once as soo Bhutan Tourist visa processing is approved by Tourism Council of Bhutan only after we (n as you have confirmed your Bhutan tour schedules.

For high season travel (March, April, May,Sept, Oct & Nov), it is advisable to remit payment for Druk Air flights at least 3 months in advance. This will help us to obtain confirmed seats on the requested flights.

We will provide you full information on your Bhutan tour cost as per the duration,number of people travelling,etc.
